The Business Development Representative I (Flex Role) is an entry-level sales development position designed for individuals eager to build foundational pipeline generation skills and transition into a full-time Inbound BDR role.
Requirements
- Provide temporary coverage during leaves, open roles, or high-volume campaigns across the BDR organization.
- Rotate across teams to support organizational capacity needs as directed by BDR Managers.
- Contribute booked meetings toward the BDR organization’s overall quota.
- Participate in special projects and experiments to improve scalability and efficiency.
- Shadow experienced BDRs during calls, campaigns, and pipeline reviews to build a strong understanding of inbound demand generation.
