Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist

F5 is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead and deliver high impact hiring across Sales, Technology, and Leadership roles in Japan. The ideal candidate brings deep experience recruiting in Japan, strong functional expertise across commercial and technical roles, and the ability to influence and advise stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Executive Search
• Proven experience recruiting Sales, Technology, and/or Leadership roles
• Strong hands-on experience with full cycle recruiting in Japan
• Ability to manage complex stakeholders and influence senior leaders
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills
• Experience using ATS and modern recruiting tools
• Business-level Japanese and English communication skills
