
Job description
As a Technical Account Manager, you will own the post-sale technical relationship for a portfolio of customers, leading onboarding and implementation, driving adoption and value realization, and acting as the bridge between customers and product/engineering teams.
Lead technical kickoff calls, configure integrations, develop onboarding plans, conduct health checks, deliver training sessions, and provide technical advocacy and escalation.
You will deliver measurable ROI, reduce time-to-value, and foster long-term renewals and expansion, working with CISOs and security leaders to integrate Fable's behavioral insights and automation into their larger cybersecurity strategy.
