Site Merchandiser

Fabletics is seeking a Site Merchandiser - Men's to support the execution of site merchandising strategy, analyze business performance data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the customer journey.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in site merchandising, ecommerce, or a related digital retail role
• Experience supporting or executing site strategy within an ecommerce environment
• Familiarity with A/B testing tools and a comfort interpreting test results to support site decisions
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and the ability to translate insights into action
