Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Site Merchandising Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of the online shopping experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn how merchandising decisions impact conversion and revenue.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in ecommerce, digital merchandising, site operations, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership
- Clear and effective cross-functional communication skills
- Interest in customer behavior and digital shopping experiences
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills required
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms, CMS tools, or analytics tools is a plus
