Support ecommerce workflows and process improvements, optimize product attributes and taxonomy, partner with ecommerce and creative teams, support adoption of new platform capabilities and tools, and perform reporting and data support.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in eCommerce, digital merchandising, or related field
- Strong data management skills, including experience working with systems, product platforms and Excel
- Experience with PLM/PIM systems (Backbone or similar preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience supporting digital content, copy updates and ecommerce merchandising execution.
- Understanding of ecommerce taxonomy, product attribution, site merchandising and customer navigation best practices
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as SFCC (Salesforce Commerce Cloud) and Shopify is a plus
- Comfort adapting to evolving systems, tools and ecommerce processes
- A detail-oriented, execution-focused mindset
- Interest in eCommerce, digital experience and product storytelling
- Ability to balance operational accuracy with brand presentation, merchandising priorities and customer experience needs.
