We are seeking a driven individual to manage and scale web & web-to-app campaigns while optimizing performance across channels. This role involves spearheading the launch of new channels, enhancing existing ones with rigorous testing, and crafting innovative strategies to support growth efforts. Prior experience with Google Suite is essential, as you will play a key role in managing campaigns on these platforms.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years in paid user acquisition, managing substantial monthly budgets, ideally within subscription, mobile, consumer apps, or games.
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach, with experience in running Web, Web to App, Web to Web CAPI campaigns.
- Experience with analytics tools such as Amplitude, Data Studio, and Looker is required.
- Strong foundation in data-driven decision-making, A/B testing, and a proven track record of analytical deep dives for troubleshooting.
- Comprehensive experience in campaign management across Google, Facebook and at least two other paid social channels (e.g., Pinterest, TikTok, Snap, Twitter).
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams, from concept to execution and analysis.
- Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills, with a knack for improving web landing page effectiveness.
- An independent work ethic, with a 'growth mindset' that prioritizes experimentation and testing to drive action.
