Job Description
Factor is seeking a Sales Support - Senior Manager to support Sales and Business Development teams across the full opportunity lifecycle, coordinating active opportunities, tracking next steps, and maintaining momentum. The role is highly collaborative and requires someone who is organised, commercially aware, confident engaging with clients, and comfortable working with senior internal stakeholders in a fast paced environment.
Requirements
- 3+ years proven experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or a related role
- Handson experience drafting and managing SOWs, proposals, or commercial documentation
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce or similar)
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with reports, data, and forecasting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including client-facing interaction
