Job Description
We are seeking a CAD Designer & Process Improvement Specialist to support operational efficiency by creating 2D & 3D CAD models, reverse-engineering components, and operating 3D printing and laser-engraving equipment.
Requirements
- Technical training in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, Manufacturing Technology, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, Inventor, ExModel) and hands-on 3D fabrication tools.
- Knowledge of Lean principles, problem-solving tools, and experience with ERP systems, MS Office, and Power BI.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- Excellent communication, adaptability, and a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous learning.
