Master's degree and one year of behavioral health experience required. Must have an independent license in the state of CT and fluency in both Spanish and English

Bachelor's degree and one year of experience in healthcare compliance or privacy required
Patient Access Representative (Front Desk)
High School diploma, 1 year of job related experience, and data entry experience required
Medical Template Specialist
High school diploma or GED, bilingual in English and Spanish, thorough knowledge of medical scheduling procedures, and proficiency in scheduling software and tools
Dental Hygienist
Bachelor's degree, current Connecticut registered dental hygiene license, and one year experience as a dental hygienist preferred
Internal Medicine Physician/Family Medicine
Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy degree, completion of internal medicine residency program, license to practice medicine in Connecticut
WIC Nutrition Assistant I
High school diploma, 1 year of experience, WIC paraprofessional training, and Spanish language proficiency
School Based Health Center Behavioral Health Clinician
Master's degree in a clinical behavioral health field and 1+ year of experience in a healthcare setting
Pediatric Care Coordinator
Associates degree in health-related field and/or relevant years of experience; Experience in Care Coordination; Excellent computer skills including word processing and data entry required
Family APRN
APRN degree, CT license, and BLS certification required. Spanish and English language proficiency desired
