Patient Access Representative (Front Desk)

We are seeking a Patient Access Representative (Front Desk) to join our Dynamic Team! The Patient Access Front Desk Representative works closely with patients and clinical professionals while utilizing excellent customer service skills.

Requirements

• High School diploma, or GED is required.
• Minimum of one year job related experience and experience with data entry is highly preferred.
• Electronic appointment scheduling and strong customer service experience with a knowledge of referral or prior authorization procedures is also preferred.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish required.
