Job Description
Fair Haven Community Health Care is seeking a Child/Adolescent Behavioral Health Clinician to provide behavioral health care to children and adolescents in an integrated community health clinic. The clinician will evaluate, diagnose, and treat children and their families, and provide referrals to other community providers as needed.
Requirements
- Master's degree (M.A., M.F.T., M.S.W.)
- Independent license in the state of CT (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or associate license LPCA, MFTA, LMSW or Psychologist (PhD or PsyD))
- One year of behavioral health experience
- Oral and written fluency in both Spanish and English
