Job Description
Fair Haven Community Health Care is seeking a Pre-Registration Specialist to provide timely, detailed accurate full patient registration prior to the patient’s visit. The ideal candidate will maintain a patient-focused approach towards operational excellence while working as an integral part of the health care team.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED with experience in medical billing
- Bi-lingual in English and Spanish
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work as a member of the team to serve the patients
- Detail oriented and able to work independently
- One year of experience demonstrating customer service (highly preferred)
- Epic experience (desirable)
