Maintenance Supervisor

Fairfield is a leader in the multifamily housing industry, and we're looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team dedicated to keeping our communities safe, beautiful, and fully operational. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you'll oversee maintenance repairs, schedule and monitor preventative maintenance programs, and lead a diverse maintenance team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC-EPA (Type II) or EPA Universal certification is strongly preferred.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification strongly preferred.
• Three or more years' hands-on apartment or building maintenance experience required.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Experience with Yardi or other property management accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of residential plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair work.
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English.
• A valid driver's license is required.
