Job Description
As a Maintenance Supervisor at Fairfield, you'll lead a team to keep communities safe, beautiful, and fully operational, overseeing maintenance repairs, scheduling, and team leadership.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- HVAC-EPA certification
- Certified Pool Operator certification (strongly preferred)
- Three or more years of apartment or building maintenance experience
- Supervisory experience
- Experience with Yardi or property management accounting software
- Knowledge of residential plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair work
- Valid driver's license
