Maintenance Supervisor

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you'll lead a team dedicated to keeping our communities safe, beautiful, and fully operational. This role combines hands-on maintenance expertise with leadership responsibilities to ensure resident satisfaction and property preservation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• HVAC-EPA (Type II) or EPA Universal certification required
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification strongly preferred
• Three or more years' hands-on apartment or building maintenance experience required
• Supervisory experience required
• Experience with Yardi or other property management accounting software
• Strong knowledge of residential plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair work
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English
• A valid driver's license is required
