Senior Maintenance Technician

The Senior Maintenance Technician performs daily maintenance tasks as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. This role involves diagnosing and repairing issues related to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, exterior structures, and appliances.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• HVAC-EPA (Type II) or EPA Universal license is preferred
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) license strongly preferred
• 2+ years of experience in property maintenance or a related field
• Experience in supervising contractors preferred but not required
