Senior Maintenance Technician

Fairfield is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to perform daily maintenance tasks, diagnose and repair issues, and ensure the safety and cleanliness of the property. The role involves supervising outside contractors, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• HVAC-EPA (Type II) or EPA Universal license
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) license
• Valid driver’s license
• 2+ years of experience in property maintenance or a related field
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements
• General computer skills including operating a mobile device
• Superior customer service skills including the ability to manage difficult customers and/or situations
