Onsite Manager (Part-Time)

Fairgrove Property Management is seeking an Onsite Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of an apartment community, including leasing, marketing, resident services, and turnover management. The Onsite Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for residents and vendors, and will be responsible for maintaining accurate property and resident information in Appfolio.

Requirements

• Serves as the primary point of contact for residents and vendors
• Conducts and manages all aspects of the leasing process
• Maintains accurate property and resident information in Appfolio
• Manages vendor performance
• Maintains a consistent working knowledge of the financial management goals for the assigned properties
