Onsite Manager (Part-Time)

An Onsite Manager is responsible for the overall management of the day-to-day operations of the apartment community, including leasing, marketing, resident services, and turn over management. Must live onsite. 3+ years experience in property management industry, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Appfolio required.

Requirements

• Serves as the primary point of contact for residents and vendors
• Conducts and manages all aspects of the leasing process
• Maintains accurate property and resident information in Appfolio
