Onsite Manager responsible for day-to-day operations of apartment community, including leasing, marketing, resident services, and turnover management.

Requirements

• Serves as primary point of contact for residents and vendors
• Conducts and manages leasing process
• Maintains active awareness of market comps
• Maintains knowledge of landlord-tenant and fair housing laws
• Maintains accurate property and resident information
• Takes pride and exhibits ownership of assigned properties
• Manages vendor performance
• Maintains working knowledge of financial management goals
• Provides review and approval of vendor invoices
• Actively participates in On-Site Management Council meetings
• Conducts weekly review of dashboard metrics
• Orders and maintains inventory of materials and supplies
