Job Description
Fairmat is a pioneer in carbon fiber recycling, focused on preserving advanced materials for product design. They are seeking a motivated HR Manager/Payroll Administrator to support a team of 90 employees, ensuring operational efficiency and managing HR-related functions. The role involves onboarding, training, tracking, and managing HR data, with a commitment to a sustainable future and a strong company culture.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in an industrial environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset with a proactive approach.
- Knowledge of RH tools and software (ATS, HRIS, talent management systems, etc.).
