Administrative Assistant (Possible Temp-to-Hire)

We are looking for an energetic, driven administrative professional to support our office staff, guests, and building security and maintenance. The successful candidate will have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, as well as fantastic organizational and time management skills.

Requirements

• Previous experience in office or reception role
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize daily/weekly tasks
• Pleasant demeanor and superior customer service skills
• Clear verbal and written communication required
• Knowledge of Salesforce is preferred but not required
• Computer proficiency and the ability to learn new programs (MS Office, Outlook)
• Collaborative team player
• Strong desire to learn and grow skillset
