Job Description
Join Fairstone Bank as a Loan Consultant and play a key part in growing our business by promoting and selling loan and protection products in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment. As a Loan Consultant, you’ll be responsible for understanding customer needs, managing the entire sales process, and building strong relationships with clients. You’ll also be required to stay focused on individual and team sales goals, perform credit assessments, and manage overdue accounts.
Requirements
- High school diploma (post-secondary education in finance, sales, or business is an asset)
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience with a focus on meeting/exceeding targets
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- A customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering value
