Job Description
Falcon Rappaport & Berkman is seeking an experienced Intellectual Property (IP) Paralegal to join their dynamic legal team. The role plays a critical role in supporting their IP practice, managing trademark and patent portfolios, and ensuring seamless workflow coordination across departments.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of intellectual property experience in a law firm or in-house legal department
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with or strong interest in working with AI tools and technology in legal operations and workflow
- Proven experience managing IP dockets, including experience with Alt Legal or similar IP management software
- INTA (International Trademark Association) participation or experience
- Strong networking abilities within the IP community
