Intellectual Property Paralegal supporting US-based IP team, managing IP-related operations, filings, and deadlines aligned with global IP regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
- 3+ years in IP paralegal role or 5+ years in high-accuracy, deadline-driven role
- Experience with USPTO and WIPO filings is highly desirable
- Understanding of IP lifecycle
- Advanced English (C1–C2)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Strong proofreading and document review skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Creative, problem-solving mindset
