Intellectual Property Paralegal – Global IP Operations

We are seeking an Intellectual Property Paralegal to support our US-based IP team, managing IP-related operations, filings, and deadlines aligned with global IP regulations, working from Poland in a global environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field
• 3+ years in IP paralegal role or 5+ years in high-accuracy, deadline-driven role
• Experience with USPTO and WIPO filings is highly desirable
• Understanding of IP lifecycle
• Advanced English
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Strong proofreading and document review skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Creative, problem-solving mindset
