As an Intellectual Property (IP) Paralegal, you will manage IP-related operations, filings, and deadlines aligned with global IP regulations, while working from Mexico in a global environment.
Requirements
- Manage deadlines, filings, and documentation aligned with global IP requirements
- Support IP prosecution activities, including tracking applications, filing submissions directly with USPTO and WIPO, and coordinating correspondence
- Review and proofread IP-related documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate with US-based attorneys and global stakeholders
- Identify process improvement opportunities and enhance operational efficiency
