Job Description
FalconX is seeking a Trading Documentation Counsel to assist in growing its revenue-generating markets businesses in the US. The role will provide strategic legal guidance on digital asset market making, OTC, derivatives, capital markets, and prime brokerage.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- 3-5 years of experience at a top-tier law firm specializing in financial services and/or crypto
- Experience in capital markets, equities, derivatives, and prime brokerage
