Job Description
Kalshi is seeking a Legal Associate to design, draft, and safeguard the contracts that govern their financial exchange. This role involves ensuring market contracts are clear, compliant, and scalable, working cross-functionally with Product and Risk teams and the CFTC.
Requirements
- J.D. and admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 2–4+ years of legal experience, ideally (1) at a mid- or large-sized law firm, or (2) practicing law related to financial markets
- Familiarity with CFTC regulations and the legal framework for event contracts, derivatives, or exchange-traded products.
