FORENSIC SERVICES LEGAL ADVISOR / INSOLVENCY CASE HANDLER (M/W/DIV.)

We are currently looking for lawyers or insolvency case handlers (m/w/div.) in the field of forensic services to support the FalkenSteg team.

We are looking for candidates in Düsseldorf. At FalkenSteg, you can expect:

Your tasks will include:

• Processing financial accounting to determine the point of insolvency
• Selective account preparation
• Analysis of indicators to present the knowledge of insolvency
• Representation of company law structures
• Analysis of supply and services relationships with third parties
• Preparation of payments made to third parties
• Creation of legal opinions on insolvency law topics

Requirements:

• Exceptionally completed degree in economics or law
• Preferably study of economics (Bachelor)
• Previous commercial education or activity in accounting is of advantage
• Previous experience through relevant practice at RA-/WP-/StB- association is of advantage
