Forensic Services Tax Specialist / Insolvency Case Handler (M/W/DIV.)

We are currently looking for lawyers in the field of economics or insolvency case handlers (m/w/div.) to support the FalkenSteg team in the Forensics department.

Your tasks

• Processing of financial accounting to determine the point in time of insolvency
• Preparation of selective accounting records
• Analysis of payment flows based on accounting
• Preparation of individual payments on liability issues
• Preparation of actually made payments to third parties
• Analysis of delivery and performance relationships with third parties
• Review of civil and commercial contracts as well as correspondence
