Family Care Center is seeking a Patient Service Representative - Clinic Coordinator to provide administrative support to Clinic Leadership in clinics with 20 or more providers. The role involves performing basic office support tasks, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring excellent quality and timeliness throughout the customer experience.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 1 year experience working in clerical healthcare required
• 6 months medical front desk receptionist experience or administrative experience at FCC preferred
• Electronic Medical Record experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite preferred
