We're looking for an experienced EHS professional to lead compliance, culture, and continuous improvement in a hands-on, high-impact role, supporting the Product Development team as a Food Technologist.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field (Dairy Science, Nutrition, Microbiology, Food Engineering, Culinary Science, etc.)
- 2-5 years of experience in food manufacturing or R&D (dairy or refrigerated foods preferred)
- Strong understanding of food safety, shelf-life validation, and regulatory labeling
- Experience with Genesis or similar nutritional software
- Strong organizational skills
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Knowledge of FDA labeling rules (21 CFR 101) preferred
- Experience conducting or supporting sensory evaluation preferred
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
