PACE Program Director

The PACE Program Director is responsible for the development, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the FHCN PACE program, a comprehensive care program for seniors. This position plays a key leadership role, interacting with all levels of FHCN PACE staff, including members, providers, community agencies, and health network management.

Requirements

• 6 years of leadership experience or 7 years of progressively greater responsibility
• Ability to prepare complex documents in Microsoft Word and analyze data in Excel
• Effective communication and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to develop sophisticated presentations in PowerPoint
