Residential Care Coordinator

Residential Care Coordinator will provide care coordination services to clients with homelessness, substance use, primary mental health diagnosis, and/or co-occurring disorders. The role involves direct contact with clients, families, and essential others, advocating for clients' best interests, and coordinating services with other agencies.

Requirements

• HSD/GED
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• CPR/First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
• Background check, drug screen, and fingerprinting
• Ability to use computer apps including Microsoft Office, HRIS, EHR, and other online systems
