Campus Victim Advocate

The Campus Victim Advocate is a first responder to victims in need and prevention educator. Provides quality, long-term victim-centered and trauma-informed services to college student survivors of crime. Works with a 4-day workweek, 32-hours per week with an on-call rotating schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• BA/BS in the human services field from an accredited university/college
• Advanced coursework and/or 2-3 years of relevant experience working in human services/victim services
• NYS DOH Rape Crisis Counselor certification
• Mandated reporter training
