The organization serves over 17,000 individuals annually in Dutchess, Ulster, and Orange counties and manages the Family Partnership Center, a 100,000+ square foot facility where community members can engage in activities, collaborate with nonprofits, and access enhanced services.
The Victim Advocate provides casework services to clients including crisis counseling, safety planning, advocacy, information and referrals, emergency financial assistance, and claims filing. The Victim Advocate is a front-line advocate, first responder to a victim in need, and is available to assist clients in crisis via 24-hour hotlines and walk-ins to the Center for Victim Safety and Support office.
