The Coordinator for Care Management & Support Services will develop and coordinate programming that supports clients and staff within Family Services' behavioral health program. The position will foster partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the quality and accessibility of services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, public health, or a related field (Master's preferred)
- Experience coordinating or managing support services in behavioral health or healthcare settings
- Reliable transportation needed for occasional travel
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods
- Ability to operate a computer and standard office equipment
- Ability to move throughout the office and between workspaces
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move items up to 5 pounds
