Fam is looking for a Product Manager to own the product experience end-to-end, from discovery to shipping. This is a hands-on, data-driven role that sits at the intersection of users, engineering, and design.
Requirements
- 2ā4 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in FinTech or B2C consumer products
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior with the ability to build user-loved products
- Experience owning features or product areas end-to-end with measurable impact
- Strong analytical mindset: Comfortable using data to drive decisions and validate hypotheses
- Good understanding of product, design, and engineering collaboration
- Ability to define and track key product metrics (activation, retention, engagement, etc.)
- Strong documentation skills: Clear, structured PRDs with attention to detail
- Proven ability to prioritize and execute in fast-paced environments
