General Manager

The General Manager is responsible for leading the manufacturing site, including warehouse and fulfillment operations, and ensuring operational excellence through technology, continuous improvement, and strong leadership accountability.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in manufacturing and warehouse operations
• Proven experience leading large teams and developing high-performing leadership structures
• Demonstrated success in strategic planning and execution
• Experience implementing and optimizing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other operational technologies
• Strong background in Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
• Experience with new facility start-ups, business integrations, acquisitions, or multi-site leadership
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically, act decisively, and lead with urgency and accountability
