General Manager (Warehouse)

The General Manager will have overall responsibility for a single large strategic customer with multiple locations or several customers encompassing a broad geographic area. The primary objective is to ensure each location is operating efficiently based on Penske's contractual commitments while establishing and maintaining strong business relationships and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations management
• Proven track record of achieving growth and profit objectives
• Strong business acumen and leadership skills
• Ability to develop and implement business plans to improve financial performance
• Negotiation skills with customers for rate increases, scope changes, etc
