Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Minimum five years of retail management experience
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong influencing and interpersonal skills
- Integrity and ethics
- Experience managing a team of exempt and non-exempt employees
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail point of sales systems
- Ability to lead operational excellence
