Senior Staff/Principal Scientist, Organic Chemistry & Biochemistry

Lunar Biosciences is seeking a Senior Staff/Principal Scientist to lead chemistry efforts in developing multi-step chemical processes for their proteomics platform.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in organic chemistry, biochemistry, medicinal chemistry, or chemical engineering
• At least 10 years of professional experience in a biotech or pharma environment
• Thought leader in protein and nucleic acid chemistry
• Extensive experience in developing novel chemical methodologies
• Good relationship with commercial resources
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent people skills and presentation skills
• Willing and capable of being hands-on in the wet-lab
