Senior Bioinformatics Scientist

We seek a motivated Senior Bioinformatics Scientist to join our interdisciplinary team, focusing on integrating AI solutions within the life sciences domain. The role will have significant customer facing responsibilities, designing and implementing custom multi-omics analysis workflows and evaluating new bioinformatics tools and computational methods.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of industry experience in processing and analyzing mutli-omics datasets
• Hands-on experience with applying advanced statistical methods and machine learning techniques
• Excellent publication record and communication skills
• Fluency in programming languages like Python, R, and bioinformatics workflows
• Familiarity with software engineering best practices, including testing, code reviews, version control, and containerization
• PhD in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Genomics, or related field
