AgCountry Farm Credit Services is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to facilitate the customer journey through the loan process and all aspects of product delivery. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional levels of service and support to customers, prospects, and team members through phone, in-person, and digital channels.
Requirements
- Accurately documenting customer interactions and seeing them through to resolution
- Generating referrals by promoting core products, services, and digital tools
- Providing Sales Support for Sales Team
- Following established protocols to prevent fraud and risk
- Addressing customer inquiries related to payments, interest, and account changes
- Resolving overdrafts and past due accounts
- Coordinating new loan application needs from submission to obtaining signatures from customers
- Entering applications into appropriate systems and gathering necessary financial, legal, and identification documentation
- Managing invoices, maintaining office supplies, coordinating loan file record retention, and providing administrative support to team leaders and teammates
