Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Customer Experience Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will work roughly 20 hours per week during our busy season from October to April.
Requirements
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls
- Greet and assist current and potential customers
- Key in simple transactions and maintain accurate records
- Scan documents and index them into our system
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies
- Assist with preparing for meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
