Customer Experience Specialist - Temp

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Customer Experience Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will work roughly 20 hours per week during our busy season from October to April. Flexibility with schedule between the hours of 8-4:30, Monday through Friday.

Requirements

• Answer and manage incoming phone calls, direct inquiries to appropriate teammates, and provide excellent customer service.
• Greet and assist current and potential customers, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
• Key in simple transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Scan documents, index them into our system, and ensure proper filing for easy retrieval.
• Order and restock supplies, monitor inventory levels, and ensure availability of essential materials.
• Assist with preparing for meetings, including ordering and arranging lunch and other refreshments.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, distribute it to the appropriate departments or teammates.
