Boiler Operator

The Boiler Operator is responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting boilers, steam systems, and related equipment to ensure safe and efficient plant operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or training in boiler operations preferred.
• State or local boiler operator license (if required).
• Experience in boiler operation, maintenance, or a related industrial environment.
• Knowledge of safety standards, mechanical systems, and preventive maintenance procedures.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing for long periods, climbing ladders, and lifting heavy objects.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
