Internship: Continuous Improvement

Farmer Focus is a company that promotes and protects generational family farms by shifting farm-level decision-making and chicken ownership back to farmers. They are committed to consistently producing 100% organic and humanely raised chicken. The Continuous Improvement Intern will work at least 20 hours per week during the summer months, supporting initiatives that drive operational excellence in poultry processing.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, Manufacturing, or related field preferred)
• Proactive, hands-on mindset, actively looking for ways to contribute and get involved in operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support data-driven decision-making
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate across different teams and departments
